Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Pixamake, a service operated by Pixamake ("we"). By creating an account you accept them.

The service

Pixamake removes captions and text overlays from videos with AI, through a web application, an API and an MCP server. Results are generated automatically; we do our best to keep product text and scenes intact but cannot guarantee a perfect result on every frame.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials and API keys confidential.
  • You are responsible for the activity of your account, your workspace members and your API keys.
  • We may suspend an account in case of abuse, fraud, non-payment or breach of these terms.

Your content

  • You keep all rights to the videos you upload and to the results.
  • You confirm that you hold the rights or authorizations needed to upload, modify and use each video, including videos published by third parties. Do not use Pixamake to infringe copyright, trademarks, image rights or any law.
  • You grant us the limited right to process your videos only to provide the service. We do not use your videos to train models.
  • Files are deleted after the retention period of your plan.

Plans, credits and payments

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled.
  • Plan credits renew at each billing date; unused plan credits expire. Pack credits do not expire while your account remains open.
  • Credits reserved for a video are returned automatically if processing fails or is canceled.
  • You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments already made are not refunded, except where required by law.
  • Prices may change with at least 30 days notice before your next renewal.

Acceptable use

You must not: attempt to bypass limits or security, resell access without agreement, upload illegal content, or use the service to harm others.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the app. Questions: support@pixamake.ai.
